Innovative Consulting and Engineering (ICE) is an AEC firm focusing on the environment, particularly water / wastewater infrastructure. Not only does ICE offer AEC services, but specializes in Operations and Maintenance of plant facilities and utility systems. ICE is made up of a qualified team of personnel with scores of experience, including public works construction, piping, and plant facilities.

We are dedicated to treat and distribute water taken from the environment and delivering it for use to communities, and also the cycle that manages and treats the wastewater that comes back out of the community before release back into the environment.

Inspection & Maintenance – Thorough inspection practices providing proper assessments; preventive and corrective maintenance of sewer piping, pump / lift stations, water plants, and wastewater plants.
Plant Management – Certified water and wastewater plant operators for facilities management, lab analysis, emergency response.
Program / Project Management – Execute project planning and scheduling to perform efficiently; development of standard operating procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 standards; furthermore, monitoring performance to provide the client with metrics, performing risk analysis and mitigating any potential risks, and routinely inspecting safety conditions.
