The ICE team performs a thorough assessment of project needs of clients and analyzes initial thoughts for elimination of non-value added activities and resources.   This process begins with proper project definition and scope development; accurately defining work tasks; providing a detailed project roadmap with target completion dates and milestones; and clearly defining key performance metrics.

Once key stakeholder buy-in is obtained, ICE utilizes Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Control Accounting and/or seasonal planners and schedulers as necessary. 

ICE can, of course, translate these principles to the construction industry and has provided Construction Management for multi-million dollar projects.  Our Construction Management services include cost engineering and cost estimating.
